FREE Shipping for orders above $89 USD (otherwise $6.95 USD flat rate worldwide)
- USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand: Average delivery time of 7-18 days.
- Other European Countries: Average Delivery time of 7-21 days.
- Other Countries Worldwide: Average Delivery time of 10-28 days.

Since our customers are pretty much around the globe, we decided not to have a warehouse in each country (which would mean moving our items twice) to limit our environmental impact.

Instead, we are using a centralized warehouse to move our products directly from our workshop to you. This means we are moving items only once, thus limiting our impact on the environment. Inevitably, it takes a longer than some other mega logistics corporation (which we will not name but you know...), but we are preserving the Planet !

When will you fulfil my items?

  • Fulfillment is not the same as shipping. Fulfillment refers to the period for processing and preparing orders from available stock and/or by manufacturing them depending on the product type as explained in next points.  
  • All items are subject to the fulfillment process before they are shipped. 
  • The date and time of fulfillment are clearly defined by the timer shown on the product page.

  • The fulfillment period varies depending on the product type.
  • It could be anywhere between 1 to 7 business days.

When will you shippmy items?

  • All items are shipped right after the fulfillment period is over.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have shipped and the tracking information is available.

What about tracking numbers?

  • Due to the inconsistent carrier processing times, please allow up to 3 business days after shipment for tracking info to be sent to you and an additional 72 hours for the tracking link to display tracking information.
  • If after that time, for some rare reason it was not sent, please let us know and we’ll send it over (email contact@thingsofthestars.com).
  • We will notify you by email when the tracking information is available.

When will I receive my item?

  • After getting the Shipping Confirmation email, please see table below for exact delivery timeframes.

Shipping Insurance

Delivery insurance, insured delivery, or premium delivery is a shipping method that includes insurance against delivery risks: lost package, damaged package, package marked as delivered, stolen package, or other similar situations.

When you choose Delivery with Insurance, Things Of The Stars will handle the necessary steps to compensate you.

Please note that these are situations where the customer is not at fault.
